[vtkusers] vtkInteractorStyleRubberBand2D bug?

The documentation says:

"The bindings are as follows: Left mouse - Select (invokes a
SelectionChangedEvent). Right mouse - Zoom. Middle mouse - Pan. Scroll
wheel - Zoom."

But the scroll wheel seems to do nothing, and the right mouse button
seems to do nothing. Is this a documentation error? Or a bug in the
style? (i.e. what was the intended behavior?)
