[vtkusers] How to use built vtk with python

It was VTK 5.7 from CVS on 5 Apr 2010 (about 10am Eastern US time). I'm using CMake 2.8.1 and Visual Studio 2008 Pro on Windows 7 64-bit with Python 2.6.5 installed from python.org. I had to run Visual Studio as Administrator to do the install.
