[vtkusers] Old documentation appears as first (and only!?) google search result

John,

I have a bookmark of the class list - I was thinking this would be a big
benefit for new users who may not yet :) In fact they may be quite confused
when they don't realize they are looking at an old version and functions are
missing, etc.
