[vtkusers] Possible bug in vtkBoxWidget

Hello,

When trying to control a vtkBoxWidget or vtkBoxWidget2 using a transform
everything works 
as long as you don't apply rotation (vtkTransform::Rotate(.))to the
transform after a nonuniform scaling (vtkTransform->Scale(.) ) was applied.
(Or you just scaled the box via the handles)
The box will get distorted then. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Anybody
tried controlling a box before? Shouldn't actually be such an uncommon task.
