[vtkusers] vtk/stereo and molekel

Hi,

I dug more and with the help of the authors of molekel I have found out that 
this code actually draws the molecule. So it is the guilty for the molecule 
not being stereo.

Unfortunately I do not understand in that workflow if is possible to draw it 
stereo,

any hints?
