[vtkusers] clip polygon with plane ( in order words, find intersection of arbitrary polygon with a plane)

Use vtkCutter and vtkPlane. vtkPlane is set as the implicit function for
vtkCutter. You need to specify the origin and normal for the plane, which
define the cut position.

Hello I couldn't figure out how to uset cutter to push in a polyline and a
plane and then obtain the intersections between the line and the plane. Do
you have any ideas , that is really what i am doing
