[vtkusers] GDCM+JAVA in VTK

When you configure GDCM, what options did you turn on ? You need
GDCM_USE_VTK:ON and GDCM_WRAP_JAVA:ON at least. I think you also need
GDCM_BUILD_SHARED_LIBS:ON.
