[vtkusers] visualizing medical data using vtk

i saw the code but i just don't wish to visualize the data but also
implement focutssing on the data and i don't know what format is the sliced
data its in a folder headsq and its sliced ct scan data but i can't open its
files since no know window application seem to support ist like notepad etc.
if you want i can also post the source code, and also our mentor told us to
have a clear cut problem definition but i think there were so many research
paper on this thing that means work is in progress if any of u guys are
working in the same area please help me out.
