[vtkusers] c++ .NET 2005 question

Dear All,

while running aproject it give the error which is:
Error	2	fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'vtkCellArray.h': No
such file or directory	

Any advice please , I sit enviromental variable LIb, include but no result
