[vtkusers] Joining 2 strutured grids

Hi "Fred Fred",
One way would be to create
ImplicitDataSets<http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/5.4/html/a00854.html>for
each of your structured grids and then use the
ImplicitBoolean <http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/5.4/html/a00853.html> to
combine the two datasets into one.
