[vtkusers] Convert VTK-> ITK in Java

Hi Natalia,

This can be done using ItkVtkGlue external project included in ITK. I 
haven't tested it in Java yet, only used it in Python, but it should work 
without problems in Java too. I'll test it later tonight and add a example 
and jar file in to our repository.
