As another data point, I recently upgraded to the nVidia 190.42 driver, and 
the LoadOpenGLExtension test fails at "Read back image." in the glReadPixel 
call when I ran it in GDB. This is a full debug build of VTK from CVS this 
afternoon. All other tests pass apart from a few text alignment related 
failures and a tessellation related issue. I submitted an experimental 
dashboard (londinium).

This could be card specific - my card details from the test are above. This 
test freezes until the timeout is hit.
