[vtkusers] changing vtkActor's color is not working.

I use this code to change color:
 pActor->GetProperty()->SetColor(1.0, 0.0, 0.0);
 in vtkCommand::MouseMoveEvent Evernt.But is not working.
 what is wrong ?
