[vtkusers] Mac/Cocoa/Qt "invalid drawable"

This warning is harmless (as best as I can tell).  I remember once
trying to figure it out/get rid of it, but I never did.  I wouldn't
worry.  Also, it has nothing to do with Qt, it happens without Qt too.
