[vtkusers] VTK 5.2 and 5.4 bug

The code will not compile with Mesa enabled. The Rendering/vtkMesa*.* files are old.  Where are the correct files? Has the Mesa part been forgotten? Is there an other way to run offscreen rendering on linux in the new versions? Did not work on linux on 5.2 by default with out mesa.
