[vtkusers] Problem with lookup table

Try
mesh_mapper.UseLookupTableScalarRangeOn()
By default the mapper uses its own range setting. Alternately you can
change the mapper's range directly with
mesh_mapper.SetScalarRange(urange[0],urange[1])
