[vtkusers] VTK installation on CodeBlocks

Hi Frency,

What compiler are u using with codeblocks? MinGW? If so, ensure that the 
  MinGW/bin path is accessible where u run Cmake is my guess whats missing.

U may need <http://max.berger.name/howto/cdt/ar01s03.jsp> (Environment 
Variables part) if you're unsure how to do it.

If not, u will need to give more info.
