Two PhD fellowships are available in London, ON, Canada. 

 

The successful candidates will register as PhD students of university of western Ontario (UWO).  They will conduct cutting-edge research with leading researchers in the collaboration of GE Healthcare, Robarts, UWO and London Health Science Center (LHSC) for medical image analysis and visualization. They will gain opportunities to directly interact with radiologists in for problem definition, development, and validation as well. 

 

 


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:


   
We will consider graduate students with degrees from CS, ECE, physics, medical biophysics or an engineering discipline with an inter-disciplinary background in some of the following areas: image processing and visualization, computer aided diagnosis, computer vision, pattern recognition, expert system, and machine learning with a proven record in research, innovative thinking, real-world problem solving, and fast prototyping.
