vtkParseOGLExt is a simple program that reads OpenGL header files and generates code used by VTK. It is specifically meant to be run once during the VTK build, so it does not make a lot of sense to install it in /usr/bin.

I'm building vtk 5.2.1 on Fedora, and vtkParseOGLExt is being built, but is no
longer getting installed into /usr/bin. Is this expected?
