[vtkusers] VTK + Qt: static or dynamic VTK build

Dear vtkusers,
 
I am going to use VTK and Qt together in VS2008. My precompiled Qt (4.5.0) binary was built dynamically (/MD). Do I need static or dynamic VTK build to work with Qt?
