[vtkusers] vtk debug leaks

Was this "Debug Leak" problem fixed in the release 5.2.1? Thank you.

This is always a balancing act.  If your stuff mostly works, then you
update, something may break.  If you don't update you end up hunting
bugs that are already fixed.

Yes, you can usually update one thing at a time, and it's generally
advisable to do so.
