[vtkusers] Different colors with vtkImageBlend

Hi All,

I have two 2D images in gray level and I want to blend them using
vtkImageBlend, but I need to set different colors for each image. For
example, the first image the colors will be from black to blue and the
second image from black to red.

Is it possible?

I think I have to use the vtkLookupTable and the vtkImageMapToColor objects,
but I didn't find a good example for this and it is not clear to me how it
works.

Does anybody can help me?
