[vtkusers] MIP + MPR

 Hello, 

In my project I've implemented  a Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR) from a
stack of CT.
  
 I used vtkImageReslice to do some deviation of nbDgrees arround one of
the three axes X, Y or Z. 

Now I want to be able to apply a Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP) trough
the same volume of the MPR after derivation. 

How to do this ?
