[vtkusers] VTK with 64-bit java

I'm using VS 2005 with AMD and VTK runs just fine with  Java on 64 bit.
Not sure about Visual Studio 9 but the dashboard looks like its working ok:

Something else with your cmake configuration is incorrect.
