[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader and vtkImageShiftScale

Thanks, I chanced that, but the volume is still white.
Attached you have my source file.

As you can see there is no problem with the ironProt.vtk so the pipeline is
working great. I think the scaling part is not done right.

Any suggestions?
