[vtkusers] vtkDICOMImageReader and vtkRayCastMapper

Hi everyone,

I am having problems rendering a volume using vtkDICOMImageReader and
vtkRayCastMapper, the volume is all white, I used vtkImageShiftScale to
scale my scalars to unsigned short and set scale->SetClampOverflow(1); but
still all my scalars are greater than 2^16 and all the volume is white.

Any sugestions?
