[vtkusers] Mac/VTK/Qt problems

Can you try modifying VTK/GUISupport/Qt/QVTKWidget.cxx and replace 
'cute' with 'Cute'  to see if that solves your problem.
It seems the Qt library changed that in version 4.5.
