[vtkusers] Mac/VTK/Qt problems

Ok, I tried on my laptop which is running Leopard and is Intel. Same
issue! I also did it with shared libraries and I see the same thing.
Are you (or anybody!) using the Carbon version of Qt and VTK?
If so, could you try the qtevents.app and let me know if it works for
you? You might have to turn on examples to have that application
built.
I think the Carbon is the only thing I have in common with the two
systems now. Do we have to switch to Cocoa? The reason I haven't is
because I needed to link statically...
