[vtkusers] Duplicating c++ examples in python

If there are any python experts with some free time on their hands, maybe we
can add an "Example Usage (python)" section under the "Example Usage (c++)"
section on the wiki (http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK). The conversions are not
always obvious, and it may be much more convenient for users to do some
simple operations in a py script instead of a full fledged c++ project. As
my python improves I can start converting some, but it would probably be
pretty easy for experienced python users.
