[vtkusers] image algorithm with multiple inputs

There are numerous classes that derive from vtkImageAlgorithm / vtkAlgorithm
and take in several image inputs (images), or heterogeneous inputs

Please take a look at classes like vtkImageBlend, vtkImageMathematics etc.
