[vtkusers] Finite element analysis

Hi Ali,

I am currently working on a 3d mesh deformation using the itk::fem
package. I have managed to get some good results using tetrahedral
cell-based meshes.

I can't guess if this is your purpose on using FEM analysis. By the way,
if you are interested on more info about it, let me know.
