[vtkusers] [Reminder] cmake>=2.6.3 required soon

Hello,

This is a reminder that the cmake requirement for VTK CVS (and
therefore ParaView CVS) will be 2.6.3 at the end of next week (July
19).

It is strongly recommended to upgrade to the latest cmake version
(currently 2.6.4) before this date, especially if you are the
administrator of a machine submitting to the dashboard.

Notably, here are some VTK builds not managed by Kitware that should be updated:

SINTEF.LabMAC.OSX, VTKCvs_CMake262Carbon_gcc401_Qt443
SINTEF.LabPC.XP, VTKcvs_CMake261_VS2008_Qt441
