[vtkusers] Creating Actors in one function and manupulating them in an other function!!!

Yes it is possible... But sorry for that : without code, and without
knowing your c++ skills, I cannot debug for you.

Nonetheless, for a container of vtkActors, maybe you want to use the
vtkActorCollection class ?
