[vtkusers] Generation of Tet Mesh from Stack of Binary Images

Michael,
See the recent post by Bryn - he explained it very well.
In short: there is no easy magic. The general approach is to contour the
voxel data and then feed it to a volume mesher, but there area a lot of
pre- and post- processing tricks possible that can greatly influence the
quality of the end mesh.
