[vtkusers] RubberBand2d keyboard pan?

There doesn't appear to be an alternate key/mouse binding for panning
for that interactor style. The solution for others who use a mac is
currently to get a three-button mouse :)
Please file a bug for this. If you want to attempt to help fix this,
take a look at vtkInteractorStyleRubberBand2D (the graph view
interactor style). You would need to map the Pan() operation to
another key/mouse binding.
