[vtkusers] Users guide

Hi,

The user-guide is pretty much basic stuff that actually doesn't need
explanation, maybe for absolute programming beginners...

I was quite disappointed about buying it. Usually if I have a problem, the
book will be the last place to find any answers.

I'm sorry to say this, but I'd like to have a Advanced User Guide.
