[vtkusers] Users guide

[Justin Giles]

Does anyone know how extensive 2D plotting is covered in the VTK users
guide?  Anything beyond the source code examples provided in the VTK source
code?
I'm just a bit leery shelling out $80 if it isn't going to cover what I
need.
