[vtkusers] Remove actor problem

Hi all,

I am trying to remove an actor and add a new actor to the renderer. The
problem is that if I remove the actor it is getting removed and if I add
actor its not getting removed , it add to the new actor.

 Should I delete the old actor before adding the new one?

I tried RemoveAllViewProps, but the image actor is not rendered after this,
so I am using RemoveActor.

Any suggestions??
