[vtkusers] Error QVTK

Does libQVTK.5.4.dylib exist in /Users/luisrpp/devtools/VTK/Examples/ 
GUI/Qt/SimpleView/bin/./qtsimpleview.app/Contents/lib?

the "install name" is probably not correct for libQVTK.5.4.dylib and  
probably needs to be adjusted with "install_name_tool"
