[vtkusers] Filtering vtkpolydata

Dear All,

after reading dicom data, and apply marching cube , I find sometimes the
object that I want to visualize and another parts separted from it (due to
bad image aquisition, noise,..)
is there a way to just got the desiered object and delete the other things ,
I attached an example image of what I exactly wish to obtain
