[vtkusers] Problems Installing VTK on Ubuntu 9.10 with Python/TK

If this is your own dedicated machine, then you should just fudge it.
Make a backup of the karmic _tkinter.so, and then replace it with the
_tkinter.so from ibex.  Voila.  Don't tell your sysadmin, though,
because that kind of thing tends to upset them.
