[vtkusers] VTK compile errors

I would try it with a "released" and "supported" visual studio
installation, like VS 2008.
Lots of people (including myself) build VTK on Windows all the time
with shared libraries so it is known to work. Not sure how many people
are trying VS 2010 though.
