Hi, I tried it and it works!

But, I am not using C++ to give a compilable example.

I have a small python code, I feel it will be a good start for the new vtk
users ( I was searching the archives for the last few days). It will cut in
three orthogonal planes. If you think its apprropriate I can send you the
code.

It displays a cut section of a cube on the cube , very easy to understand.

By the way , I am sorry for the subject of my previous message, typing
error!
