[vtkusers] VTK 5.4.2 Build Error

I'm trying to build VTK/Titan 5.4.2 on Mac OSX 10.5.8 (Leopard). I'm using Cmake 2.6-4 and I'm getting the following error:

CMake Error at /Applications/CMake 2.6-4.app/Contents/share/cmake-2.6/Modules/TestBigEndian.cmake:31 (MESSAGE):

 no suitable type found

 Call Stack (most recent call first):

Any suggestions?
