[vtkusers] VTK class to do interpolation of scalar values

I don't think that ProbeFilter is the right choice. What would be the
Source of the probe?

If these are unorganized points, you first run
Imaging/vtkShepardMethod followed by ContourFilter.

Or, if the points are in a plane, you could use Graphics/vtkDelaunay2D
followed by ContourFilter.
