[vtkusers] Help in writing a python script

The first source of examples is actually the regression test suite:

In the source tree, each VTK package (Charts, Common, Filtering,
GenericFiltering, Geovis, Graphics, GUISupport/Qt, Hybrid, Imaging,
Infovis, IO, Parallel, Rendering, TextAnalysis, Views, VolumeRendering
and Widgets) has a Testing directory which contains usually 3
subdirectories matching the programming language in which the tests
are written: Cxx, Python and Tcl.
