[vtkusers] multiple renderers and borders

hi, I need to setup/tile several image display configurations (1, 2x2,
4x4 and so on) within a vtkRenderWindow, as I was instructed, I did
with a renderer per image but I am facing an small problem, how do I
set a border color for a renderer to differentiate from another one?

PS: is out there an automated way of doing renderers tiling with vtk?
