[vtkusers] a question about void vtkPolyData::GetCellEdgeNeighbors

yes, or you will get a memory error.
I have get the correct answer. For a simple surface the number of neighbors
always 1 and 0 for boundary edges. I think this method is a better solution
for get boundary points, cells than vtkFeatureEdge.
