[vtkusers] vtk installation

hi everybody:
I am new user and I want to learn how to install vtk in windows.

I am having problem with vtk install with cmake and microsoft studio. I have
found some guiding principle documents. but each time when executed the
programme it is failed. All I want from you give me perfect document or
guide to install vtk with microsoft studio 2008. please help. moreover it is
the best thing that you tell that how I run program first time. best regards
