[vtkusers] about points in vtkXYPlotActor

Hi Miguel,

You may want to look at the Qt-based charts in VTK\GUISupport\Qt, and the
tests in VTK\GUISupport\Qt\Testing\Cxx. These charts may have more of the
features that you need.
